Clients are offered a free 20 minute consultation. Fees will vary according to labour and complexity of the case.

Expert Tribunal and Mediation Support
SEN SAS also provides expert support to parents with tribunal appeals, preparing their case and representation at hearings.
A full tribunal service is available. From registering an appeal, coordinating witnesses, preparing the case statement, collecting evidence, writing the Working Document and representation at the hearing.

SEN Law and Tribunal Appeals Seminar
Join us for a half day session empowering SEN parents to secure the right educational provision for their child.
Increasingly parents are having to appeal to the SEN Tribunal in order to challenge Local Authority decisions and resolve EHC plan disputes.
The seminar will cover the following:
How to challenge when the Local Authority refuses to carry out an EHC needs Assessment or issue an EHC plan
