SEN Specialist Advocacy Services (SENSAS) can offer support and advice in the following areas:
Support with compiling an effective request for an EHC assesment to the Local Authority. Should an assesment be refused, support is available to challenge and appeal the decision.
Provide a response to the Local Authority with amendments to all sections of the Draft EHC plan. Ensuring provision is specific and quantified.
Attendance at Annual Review, meetings with Local Authority and EHC Coproduction meetings.

A full tribunal service is available, from making an appeal, corordinating the witnesses, preparing the case statement, collecting evidence, writing the Working Document and representation at the hearing.
Meeting with the Local Authority to settle disputes and negotiate settlements.
Support and advice with requests for independent Schools, residential placements and ABA therapy provision.
